TPV Office Upfit
Charlotte, NC
Wilde Engineering designed the MEP for a 8,000+ square foot office upfit in Southpark, Charlotte. TPV utilized special lighting controls, daylighting and utilizing existing mechanical infrastructure to complete the project under budget. We at Wilde always enjoy working on office projects that make the work day just a bit better!
Teaguar Renovation
Charlotte, NC
Taking advantage of an existing 25,000 square foot warehouse, Teaguar renovated to create both an office and computer repair area. As one of Wilde's very first projects, this one went off without a hitch. The space included open offices, conference rooms, a break area, and a large space designed for computer repair stations.
Ilios Crafted Greek Restaurant
Fort Mill, SC
Restaurant and kitchen designs are another one of Wilde's expertise. Ilios is a popular restaurant in Southend, Charlotte and the owners decided to expand into South Carolina. The Fort Mill location is approximately 4,000 square feet of dining area and kitchen space. As the MEP designer, Wilde is looking forward to this one opening and getting Ilios' famous lamb gyro!
